Transitions Towns Totnes and South Devon Rural working together to retrofit PV systems

By working together in this way, SDR will double the number of PV systems it would have ordinarily have been able to fit.  We will be focussing on vulneable people and those suffering from energy poverty in exposed rural areas.  We are currently surveying to find the most suitable properties.
