35 hours per weekUp to £19K depending on experience
We require an exceptional person to help us maintain the highest levels of customer service, and quality management to our tenants and service users.
The candidate will ideally already have a track record of delivering repairs services in a housing association. We are looking for someone who can work on their own initiative, planning and prioritising their workload to help deliver our ambitious objectives.
You will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
Have good IT skills
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to prioritise and manage a varied caseload, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
