Coronavirus: Covid 19 Update: Letter and FAQ's for residents.

Further to the Government 2nd National Lockdown, SDR’s offices remain closed and staff continue to work from home. We are continuing to deliver most services as normal, being mindful of Government guidance. We will continue to carry out repairs to your property. When making an appointment with you, our contractors will carry out a Covid risk assessment to ensure that it is safe to carry out the repair, and if you feel it is not appropriate, we can postpone the repair until a later date. If it is an emergency repair, which may effect your safety in the home, then we will review these on a case by case basis. We would like to offer reassurance of our commitment to keep your loved ones and our staff safe, as Coronavirus cases are increasing in the UK.
We have decided as a precautionary measure to minimise all visits to the care home.

Brimhay bringing home vital affordable housing

SDR are pleased to advise that all Brimhay apartments have now been successfully allocated and initial feedback from all new tenants have been very positive. Tenants have commented on the quality of the apartments and are really happy with the location. We look forward to continuing the development, providing homes for the community of Dartington.
