Our Eco houses at Parkfield Thurlestone are now complete and let. Families moved into the homes over the weekend of 9th and 10th of November. EPC's issued for the properties estimate energy costs of less than ?200 per year.

Despite a few issues on site (water mains in the wrong place!) the development is due to complete in August - 6 months after we started on site. The houses are taking shape and are going to be of a very contemporary finish inside with glazed ballustrades
